If you’re a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

If you have had a lash lift recently, wait 5 weeks since the date of service to book an

appointment.

Select “foreign fill” if this is your first lash fill with me. If I can’t work over the previous lash artist's work, you’ll have an option to reschedule for a full set.

Mini fills are one week fills. This service cannot be booked packed 7 days since your previous fill.

If you do not show up to your appointment without sending me a notice, your card will be charged for 50% of the service.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your card will be charged for 50% of the service.

If you’re over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and charged for 50% of the service.

Book the correct service. For example, if you haven’t had a fill in over 16 days, book a three week fill, not a two week fill. If you have not had a lash fill in over 3 weeks, book a full set, not a 3 week fill. If you book the incorrect service I will cancel the appointment.

Extra company and children are not allowed in the lash room . This is a liability for me.

If you’re not feeling well, cancel your appointment! If I can tell you're sick, we will reschedule, and your card will be charged for 50% of the service.

Phones must be on silent or vibrate.

No high ponytails or buns.

No refunds

If you have a lash shed after your fill, I need to know within the first 48 hours after your appointment, and I will get you in immediately to fix them.
