Policies
  • If you do not show up to your appointment without sending me a notice, your card will be charged for 100% of the service.

  • If you cancel within 36 hours of your appointment, your card will be charged for 50% of the service.

  • Mini fills are one week fills. This service cannot be booked over 10 days past your previous fill.

  • If you’re late to your appointment, there is a 15 minute grace period .  I value my client’s time and won’t push appointments back.

  • Please book the correct service. For example, if you haven’t had a fill in over 25 days, book a full plus.

  • Extra company and children are not allowed in the lash room . This is a liability for me.

  • If you’re not feeling well, cancel your appointment! If I can tell you're sick, we will reschedule, and your card will be charged for 50% of the service.

  • Phones must be on silent or vibrate.

  • No high ponytails or buns.

  • No refunds

  • If you have a lash shed after your fill, I need to know within the first 48 hours after your appointment, and I will get you in immediately to fix them.
